Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
Prologue before 'Crew Expendable'

I wanted to do a illumination piece, with the glow and all for quite some time. But i couldn't find a subject to illuminate. First piece to feature a correct human face. XD

Done over 11 hours in two weeks. Most of the time was spent on Captain Price face(4 hours), the blackhawk (2 hours), and the way the black kit uniform falls(3 hours).

This piece used false pespective and overlayed textures.

Kudos to adonihs for his brush set, and CG society for textures. And IW for the reference and the game.

hmmmm, for the reflection, i used a hard brush. Started out with the base shadow colour, then a lighter tone using soft brush, then from there on just increase the lightness of the tones till white-ish.

basic hard brush for starter colours, adonihs brush set for post production.
